Lancini Property Group (LPG) is a progressive property development group driven by a common goal to create places and opportunities for communities to thrive and grow. Originating as a residential construction company in Townsville 38 years ago, their portfolio has since expanded to all facets of the property industry throughout Queensland. The multi-award-winning Lancini Property Group is widely regarded as one of Queensland’s premier property development and management companies.

Alkot Studio has developed a long and trusted relationship with Lancini Property Group over the years. We have provided our Retail Design Management services across their entire retail portfolio, assisting in the development of long-lasting shopping precincts throughout the state of Queensland. The portfolio comprises six major community hubs: Fairfield Central Shopping Centre, City Lane & City Arcade, Holmview Central Shopping Centre, Chatswood Central Shopping Centre, Cairns Home Improvement Centre, Yeppoon Central Shopping Centre, and Carseldine Central Shopping Centre

The latest project, Chatswood Central Shopping Centre, recently completed a $25 million redevelopment, including an expanded and refurbished Woolworths, additional specialty stores, extra parking, improved pedestrian access, new amenities and more. Anchor tenants include Chatswood Hills Tavern and a Medical Centre, as well as a number of national specialty tenants including Pizza Capers, BWS, Subway, and Sushi Train

Another major project Alkot Studio was involved in was the Fairfield Shopping Centre, located in Townsville. The centre underwent three stages of development across 11 years (2008, 2015, 2019). Stage 3 was completed in July 2019 and welcomed Coles, Liquorland, and some additional new specialty stores. The award-winning centre is home to a full-line Coles and Woolworths supermarket, Kmart discount department store, Australia Post, and The Reject Shop. The centre also includes a mixture of over 40 specialty stores, including the “Fairfield Eats” alfresco dining precinct which is open late seven days a week.
